You know what I love more than Mad Men? Seeing Jon Hamm out in the wild as Jon Hamm. His SNL appearance was great, the opening to the Emmys was great, and this episode of between two ferns is great. An oldie, but a goodie!

What do you think of the following, completely unrelated things? Tap dancing? Opera? Medieval studies? American politics? Modeling (as in, run-way or photoshoot stuff)? 3D Modeling (as in for video games or architecture)? Public television? Done!

Tap Dancing: I did this for like 4-5 years in my tweens. There’s gotta be tapes around my parents house of my recitals and junk. I actually really liked it.

Opera: I have no strong feelings about this one way or the other.

Medieval Studies: Sure, why not?

American Politics: The country means nothing. I have very little knowledge of any kind of politics. American or Canadian. When it came time to give out points to things Dana is interested in politics came in dead last. Perhaps as an adult I should remedy that, but something tells me that on a large scale it would give me a headache.

Modeling: I enjoy a pretty picture with a pretty model. But again, this is an area that I know very little about.

3D Modeling: Yes please. As we all know I love video games. So I enjoy 3D stuffs. I have no idea how to create such things myself of course, but I sure like playing with ‘em!

Public Television: Sometimes I have this silly fantasy where I run a public access TV station. And every show is like Wayne’s World, or the stuff that was on UHF. There are a few shows in the Detroit area that walk a fine line between brilliant and insane, and of course I love it. There needs to be more of that…. Come to think of it, I’ll bet I can find some public access type shows online. I gotta do that.

Let me preface this question by letting everyone else know what ‘Specs’ is. Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts is where I met James oh so long ago. Ahh the times we had.

Now on to the answer. I think I would have to go with Mike Z on this one. Mostly because I follow him on Twitter and junk and have a basic idea of what’s up with that dude. Also he was my bestie during those days AND he was the one who sort of introduced James and I. Come to think of it….. I kinda miss that dude. Z Baby, call a bitch! ;)

I’ve been pretty much M.I.A lately and it sucks. Between the wedding planning, the moving to MI and all the fun stuff that goes with moving to MI, along with house/dog sitting all week, I’ve been spread thin. I took a time out to have a mini meltdown for no real reason today and that seemed to have released the pressure vales of emotion… for now. Ha!

The countdown is on: 23 days and this lil’ Canadian makes about a billion life changes. Any advice?

I’ve been house/dog sitting all week. Rudy is the dog I’m watching and I think he deals with his confusion of me being there by being a creeper and staring at me all day. Here he is creepin’ while I read. (for those who care, the book is #5 of the True Blood books)
